CCA, Inc. is a Maryland corporation providing
specialized health care and consulting services to organizations within the
organ and tissue procurement and transplantation industry.
2. What are the services currently provided by CCA, Inc.?
CCA, Inc. provides Certified Procurement Transplant
Coordinators for 24 x 7 on-call coverage at organ procurement organizations
experiencing a staffing shortage or needing coverage for personnel on leave. We also provide on-call coverage for local
organ placement services.
3. What are the benefits of using the services of CCA,
Inc.?
With a phone call or email an OPO manager may obtain
the services of certified and experienced personnel with the flexibility to
adapt quickly to local policies and procedures and work seamlessly with
existing OPO personnel.
The use of CCA, Inc.’s services can often decrease the
likelihood of more staff turnover, as well as, maintain morale.
Experienced procurement personnel provided by CCA,
Inc., often add value by mentoring and training new procurement staff during
their orientation period.
4. How does an OPO management team access the services of
CCA, Inc.?
OPOs wishing to use the services of CCA, Inc., sign a
service agreement that defines the terms of the working relationship and all costs
involved. A sample contract can be

5. Does it cost anything for an OPO to execute and
maintain a contract with CCA, Inc.
Other than costs associated with the OPOs own legal
review of the contract, there are no costs to signing and having a working
agreement on file with CCA, Inc. OPOs
are encouraged to have a signed agreement on file to facilitate use of the
services when desired.
6. Are there references available?
Yes, CCA, inc. will provide references upon request
from current and past clients.
7. How do you know the credentials of the personnel CCA,
Inc. may send to my organization should I choose to try the services?
Prior to the assignment, the resume′(s) of the
independent contractor(s) assigned to provide coverage at your organization are
sent for client review and approval.
These will soon be available on the CCA, Inc website that is under
development.
8. What future services are being considered by CCA, Inc?
In the near future we plan to offer certified organ
procurement and tissue bank personnel for tissue donor triage and consent, as
well as, call center back-up. We are also available for project work and
training specific to organ and tissue procurement and plan to offer consulting
in the areas of informed consent, quality improvement and corporate compliance.
9. Who owns CCA, Inc.?
Daniel D. Stockdreher, MPH, CPTC is the owner and President
of CCA, Inc. Dan has over 20 years
experience in the organ procurement industry and has worked in multiple capacities
